Tuition is billed after the add/drop period for each academic term to ensure that enrollment is finalized before charges are assessed. Once your tuition invoice is available, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to view and pay your balance through PayFabric.
Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date the invoice is issued. Students are responsible for reviewing their accounts and ensuring that all tuition and applicable fees are paid by the invoice due date to avoid any registration or account holds.
Doral College partners with PayFabric to provide a secure, convenient online payment portal for all tuition and fee payments. Through PayFabric, students can:
• Pay their tuition balance securely online.
• Make full or partial payments toward their outstanding balance.
• View their current account balance and payment history.
Students will receive an email notification from PayFabric when their tuition invoice is available. Payments may be made in full or through multiple partial payments, provided the entire balance is settled within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.
To get started, students must create a PayFabric account. For step-by-step instructions on setting up your account and submitting payments, please refer to our PayFabric Quick Guide. This guide walks you through the entire process to ensure your payment is submitted accurately and on time. PayFabric accepts credit cards, debit cards (non-pin based only), and ACH (eChecks).
Doral College accepts Florida Prepaid College Plan benefits. Students who plan to use Florida Prepaid must notify the Business Office each academic term that they will be using their Florida Prepaid College Plan benefits so that benefits can be verified through Financial Aid. When Florida Prepaid payments are received, they will be applied only to their tuition charges according to the student’s plan. If Florida Prepaid does not cover the full amount of tuition and fees, the student is responsible for paying any remaining balance within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.
Students who officially withdraw from a course or from the college may be eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with Doral College’s published refund policy. Refund eligibility is determined based on the official withdrawal date and the academic calendar for the applicable term.
Students are encouraged to review the complete Refund Policy in the College Catalog & Student Handbook or contact the Business Office at billing@doral.edu with questions regarding tuition or refunds.
