Doral College is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). DEAC is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized accrediting agency. The Distance Education Accrediting Commission is also recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Thus, Doral College credit is transferable to all DEAC accredited institutions.

Furthermore, as of Summer 2018, all DC courses have been approved through the Florida State Course Numbering System (SCNS), which facilitates transferability between all Florida public colleges and universities, and participating private schools like DC, Barry University, St. Thomas University, and many others. In an effort to expand transfer opportunities for students, Doral College is continuously seeking out partnerships with other institutions throughout the state. Currently, the College holds a Memorandum of Understanding with both Florida International University and Miami Dade College.
